At Cool Christian Peeps, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you're not completely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free exchanges or returns on unworn or unused items within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty before it is processed. After processing we are unfortunately unable to do so. 

How long does shipping take?
We believe in fast and quality shipping. However, due to the holiday season, many shipping facilities are experiencing delays. Please allow up to 14 business days for tracking information. Rest assured; our team is actively monitoring shipments to ensure your items arrive as swiftly as possible.
