Refund policy

At CoolChristianPeeps, our desire is that you'd be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you seven days from the date of item receipt to request a return if the item doesn't meet your expectations. 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for items that have been worn or used due to the nature of our products.

Should you wish to us at coolchristianpeeps@gmail.com. If your return is eligible, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Damages and issues

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, in the rare instance that you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to make it right. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. Should you find any issues or damages, please contact our dedicated customer support team immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and considered final sale. We regret to inform you that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales involving these items are final.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will promptly review its condition to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon completing the inspection, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note, the timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary. Depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time, it may take some additional days before the refund amount is visible in your account.
